The fact that I’ve been watching since ep1 and finally in January 2025 I’m starting my own construction company is crazy’ the amount of knowledge this man has given is unbelievable. Sales lads shouldn't worry on losing that meeting with the company needing material supply. Reading between the lines their current supplier not meeting up with demand was most likely a farse, using that to get your cheap rates, then using your cheap rates deals to buy material using that material to then undercut your jobs. A very good catch if anything on challenging it and losing the deal, rather lose the revenue from that specific deal than lose future and current clients due to being undercut on the same material deal you sold.

At 25:20 you will see it was dark and when he showed the footage it was light. Trying to lie about the sticker man’s vision 😂

They should be adding a facility to dump the carriages below ground and use conveyors to fill Bays up would save a fortune in labour and diesel etc

As a window and door installer I almost cried seeing them screed with absolutely zero protection on the bi-folds being plastered with screed.

Do you send your volumetric out under weight? Rule of thumb is if you see the aggs above your bin walls it's overweight. And every time I see a volumetric on the road the aggs are peaking over the top. We tested a friends truck load on our weighbridge, it was 4 tonnes above weight when loaded up.

I know this vid is about 2 weeks behind what you've filmed / recorded but you're closer to 490K subs - 5k more than you said at the time - absolutely brilliant!! my father works with one of the leading building contractors in the UAE, Dutco. They do a lot of the road upgrades and stuff and how they manage to divert traffic and work around it is quite unique. Deffo something that would be intresting. They obviously do a lot more than that. Wouldnt be a bad idea to get in touch and possibly get on some projects and film it
