I agree, her partisan bend was fairly obvious. "Scoff, Stormy should have only said...scoff pshaw harrumph." Good legal analysis should present options and questions, but when you completely refute what the legal team is doing in the courtroom and then praise the defense for.... reasons....yeah, I got the same feeling.

I don't understand Stormy Daniels relevance. Non-disclosure agreements are not illegal.
Basically, there’s nothing else happening on the planet. There’s no news to report because everyone’s eyes are in one place. Well isn’t that convenient? Takes all the creativity and hard work out of journalism.

When you are ticketed for speeding, you pay the fine as a sort of "hush money" to avoid being issued a bench warrant. Can you then be charged with "paying the fine" as a means to willfully evade having a bench warrant issued against you? I think not.
