If it weren't for one of my best friends who usually didn't like rock music showed me these when we was like 10 or 11 Idk I'm 29 now and it was a Long time ago but yeah he showed me these knowing I loved rock and metal then we just jammed to all the albums together was brilliant

Yes!!! Saturate was my introduction to Breaking Benjamin and I've been a massive fan ever since! I owned Saturate, We Are Not Alone, Dear Agony, and got an early release copy of 2006's Phobia album from one of their concerts.

Interesting, I recall a few years ago whenever anybody would try to upload a full BB album stream like this it would immediately get taken down by the label. I dont know why they changed that, but i think it's great that they now allow this

Keep in mind when Ben went into a coma his former bandmates gave rights for Valora to do a cover of Blow Me Away, well, away. That caused him to fire his bandmates after he woke up from the coma. That was a big wake up call in his life and that coupled with the coma really had an influence on himself and his music. Based on his new music i'd guess he did a 180 on his power tripping tendencies and that's why you don't see all this DMCA stuff anymore

Saturate was and is Breaking Benjamin's heaviest album. When Ben screamed "I'll shove your head underwater!!!" At 24:01 to 24:06 I felt that.

@@kelleykalomiris2231 agree 100% I love all their music and their old stuff will always sit with me deeply. But I’ll never forget the first time I heard dear agony. I sobbed. But also, the iris cover with diamonte… omg. That was a random find. I was pregnant at the time so probably over emotional but when I heard that I was like yesssss 😭😭🥰

My God this is one of the best Metal albums ever

The 2000s were BB's best era: 1.Saturate(2002) 2.We Are Not Alone(2004) 3.Phobia(2006) 4.Dear Agony(2009) They were and are all Bangers and kick-ass albums 🔥🔥❤️🤘🤘🤘🤘 Their 2010s albums are good, but not as good as these ones mentioned above. (Pls this is my opinion)

A bit off his newer albums are pretty great, but if you want to know why there was such a massive shift in his music you must know that he went into a pretty severe coma for a while due to wet brain syndrome from drinking too much.

Oh my god. I completely forgot about this album! I used to listen to this while at wrestling tournaments in high school. Fuck I miss those days. Nostalgia bomb for sure.

Been a fan of BB for a very long time.. They are still helping me going trough tough moments even right now. I feel like when i need help they're just waiting for me. It's insane how many goosebumps i get hearing Ben's voice.

Grew up listening to BB AMVs in the early 2010s, here I am a decade later listening to them in college.

A side note, I have been living in a monastery in an Ashram and I made it back to my home land. The U.S.A. I did not stop Loving rock n roll. It will be very hard. This was the greatest album by then but unfortunately they didn't get big until their second album. Much like Nickelback, their best two albums are the curb and the state which were Before their third album with How You Remind Me

It's weird how much I loved this album. Now I love Dear Agony the best but I really think I grew with Ben in a sense. Cause I can easily remember the best times of my life in my later teens when this album came out....Does that make sense? BB will always be my favorite band though.

@Cheek Slaying Warrior love all those, equally epic. However, in terms of the chord composition, the flow, I think water tops them. Although, in my opinion, crawl is pretty up there as well. I think their hallmarks are water and breath. Diary of Jane can be third :)
