Had a blast filming this! The company was so good that I MOSTLY didn't even mind shooting a million. And yes, I deserve every bit of shit I get for burying my wedge in the ground on 13...not my finest moment and the fact that it is now immortalized on KZread is deserving. Also worth noting I politely asked that moment be left out of the final cut and true artists that they are replied with "fuck no, we're putting that in for sure". Thanks to Erik for the opportunity and thanks to Jeff and Nail for being such badasses! We've still got a fun group text going. For those wondering, Erik is EVERY bit as cool and special as you are all hoping he is.

@@DeLaZooFanWith totally benign conditions like that, the round in the video was certainly up there. Its actually a pretty easy course without wind. But in windy conditions I've had some monsters. Mid eighties plenty of times. I even shot 91 in the Oregon Am! Though worth mentioning that was actually the second best score in the afternoon wave. It was unplayable. And on the other side, I've shot 67 at pacific before in easy conditions like that but the best ROUND i've played was a 76, also at pacific, in a big wind. That one I'll remember forever.

I could not agree with you more. They were all an absolute treat to watch. How about Sam and how down to earth he is, guy makes great putters and is an absolute stick. (need to try one now) Niall, great golf and his comments were hilarious all day long. And how about Jeff playing with half /not even half a bag of clubs and doing that good? lol. These three were very fun to watch. Well done Eric and everyone at RGC.

No other golf channel on KZread makes you feel the way you do about golf like RGC does. They have a special way of making you feel like you're right there with those boys, clinging on to every shot and rooting for them all the way.

How this channel/series isnt over 1 million subs is crazy to me. I absolutely love this series. Well done as always, RGC fam!

Funny… I saw the Breaking Series video and was like “fuck yeah, 3 Bandon Dunes videos incoming” - watched the video, loved it, and came back to find the second one before I realized “fuck. That was all 18 holes.” Must’ve been entertaining! Thanks for all your effort, RGC crew!

I was really enjoying this video then 1 hour and 18 mins in! The wedge in the ground like it was King Arthur’s sword hahahahaha! That killed me. I played a round this past Sunday and duffed a chip and did the same exact thing! My playing partners were laughing historically and it brought me back watching it! Thank you! RGC 4 life!

before i get further into the video, i have to say, the production is just so good. 2 minutes and 30 seconds in and i feel like im watching a netflix documentary, pretty epic.

I mark my ball using the existing branding to write my last name. I play the Z-Star Diamond by Srixon. Z is also the middle letter of my 5-letter last name. So I go perpendicular to the Z-Star branding with the first two letters and last two letters meeting with the Z already printed on the ball. Love the breaking series for all the personalities that come together and unify around golf.

What a great crew - the essence of the game. Beautifully told on a gorgeous track!

This just brought me joy from start to finish, it’s what golf and golf videos should be about, good times bringing people together to experience great courses. Well done all 👏

God I absolutely loved this group of 4, very fun to watch.

Hole one and you know we got a great group for the round. Irish guy just as you expect. Total vibes guy. 1/2 bag guy just seems chill but his few clubs are dialed. Dart guy just doing his thing.

Thanks for this, I love Bandon. We live up near Portland and have had a chance to make few trips. My daughter recently worked there for about 6 months so I was able to play with her for free a number of times, memories I'll never forget.❤ Trails might be my favorite.

Ive got a trip to Bandon coming in April. I was excited before…but NOW…I CANNOT WAIT. Ill have to watch this a few dozen times just to hold me over

I was partial to the first Breaking videos I saw for a long time but that finish being so tight definitely just put this one up top. What an unbelievably beautiful course. Great group this time but I really have to give a special shoutout to Half Set Jeff because as if playing with 7 clubs wasn’t enough I kept forgetting that he was playing with a rental set he had never even touched before! Never mentioned it himself once, that’s the kind of guy you hope to get matched up with any time you’re hitting the course on your own

Damn Sam.You have a great golf game. Two bad holes from one hell of a score. Really two bad swings. And as for the axe throw into the turf, you made my night. I love the passion. Note: A few weeks ago I played with a lady who had a Mezz LAB putter and she was putting darts. So I used it on two holes and I am sold. When I get the money and order one I will let everyone test it for you. Why, because that tomahawk throw was funny as heck. Sam you are the skinny version of John Daly. Ashes hanging off that cigerette reminded me of Daly at Quail Hollow. He smoked 6 cigarettes during one hole and waiting to tee off the next hole.

The sweat comment is hilarious, because when I met Erik it was at the Philly Scramble and by the end it was super muggy and gross out so I was sweating. I sweat a lot from my face, upper, chin, forehead lol. When he met me he said something like, "Is it a little hot out? Got you sweatin a bit?" 😂 Yeah it's specific to regions for sure lol.

This might be my favorite Breaking episode. Just off-the-charts good vibes from everyone. Beautiful scenery. Well worth the two hours. Superb work all around.

kinda like our group golfing around the boston area and new enlgland. i've never had a caddie before but i'm 74 years old and picked up a small electric cart to help with the clubs and it will also help pull me up hills on some of our hilly courses. good golfin to ya.
