It’s crazy how a show that ended over a decade ago still is very prominent in tv culture. A show that has so many moments that in a different show would have maybe one and be considered great! What a masterpiece.

"The evolution of walter white" is the best BB tribute. The original video had over 10M views.

Came here to say this. Amazing tribute video; best ever done on the series. Evolution of Jesse Pinkman is also pretty good. And then Breaking Bad Remix (2 videos, one for Seasons 1-2 and one for Seasons 3-5) are both hilarious, catchy, and pretty awesome.

Walter White is a volatile chemical reaction in process. He is Growth, then Decay, then Transformation. The 2 psychological components 'Walt' & 'Heisenberg' were often at odds with each other while using each other to survive and succeed. Only in the final episode did we see the volatile reaction reach the state of calmness. Both sides of Walter truly became one. He was even able to hold himself accountable and not blame others for what he had become. He showed his accountability to both Skyler & Jesse before dying.

My parents just finished watching breaking bad a few minutes earlier and they loved it, they were so mad and sad that it ended

This show got so many great dialogues i will never forget them

Breaking Bad will always be the greatest series of all time

The feeling after finishing a great show can suck. The one thing this show has that a lot don’t is another great connected show in BCS.

Imo Better Call Saul is better at almost everything. Cinematography, characters, character-development, etc. The only thing they’re tied with is acting and maybe story (even though I personally still prefer BCS’s story). BCS is a much deeper show on multiple layers, and rewatching it is more rewarding. Plus that the creators had the experience from Breaking Bad to make the best show ever.

It's like saying: "Elden Ring wouldn't be 💩 without Dark Souls", only difference being that Dark Souls was actually better. Better Call Saul improved upon Breaking Bad. For me subjectively BCS > BB, and objectively BCS >= BB

BB never needed a prequel/sequel, it was top tier on its own, if there was no BB and it was just BCS it would definitely not be anything near what it is. When you watch BCS and you see all the returning characters you’re like “Oohhh there’s Mike” or “”ohhh it’s Gus and hector etc..without BB you’re just like ok there’s this guy, but because BB laid the foundation thick af, that’s why BCS is what it is.
