There have been thousands of TV shows for decades using guns as props. Thousands of movies from westerns to crime dramas, police dramas using guns as props. The type of accident Baldwin experienced is EXTREMELY rare. And if Baldwin, the executive producer, made a budget that could have hired an experienced armorer this accident probably wouldn't have occurred. Therefore, Baldwin's actions did "kill" the woman. But Baldwin did not have the criminal intention to "murder" the woman. And Baldwin's bad series of decisions and his carelessness set the chain of events in motion that led to the woman's senseless killing by his hand.

She had no right to get into anybody's face. Her passion might not be the next person's passion. And how is this protest helping any starving Palestinian children?
