I’ve heard that Taiwan has warm body beef 溫體牛 which is freshly prepared without ever seeing refrigeration which boggles my mind. The beef we get here in America are always frozen for god knows how long. So envious.

Yes thinking the same, would like to try it but without Chinese names of the dishes and places where to find them, this video is unfortunately not so helpful for foreigners but we’re the target group right?
