    Well actually you kinda need some healthy oils in your diet anyway. But still a good option if you wanna lose weight or if you're out of oil.

    Don't be sad. Processed efined oils should be avoided, they are highly unhealthy.

    Think you’re so smart, huh? Like we don’t realize non-stick pans exists. Well let me break it to you buddy, non-stick pans pose a serious health risk. The chemicals used in Teflon are responsible for many diseases and health issues, which is why I’m here trying to find other options. Even the so-called newer ones are hard to trust because the companies that made them previously have LIED tremendously and covered up the health risks in the past so we cannot believe them now when they say they are more safe.

    Hi Sharath Pai, Yes, definitely. you can cook 2, 3 or 4 using the same method. If cooking 2 eggs is better to use a smaller pan so the egg white will not spread out too far. Happy cooking and say safe!

    Hi NOT 4U, it's 3 eggs and 8 bowls 😀 Such is the utensils needed for oil-less sunny side up eggs. Less bowls can be used as well, just crack the eggs into the bowl of water and place into the pan. Hope it helps 😀

    In three words...non-stick pan. Her method is way too 'step intensive'. Time consuming as well. And as well too uses too many bowls and thus too much clean up time required.

    OMG! Heat non-stick pan on medium...add pat of butter...spread around with brush...to fully heated pan add egg...cover pan with glass lid....after egg sets; remove lid add half a teaspoon of water...replace lid and cook till all white is solid! Perfect sunny side up egg with a beautiful bright yellow yolk. Not that fleshy pinkish unappetizing look!

    @@HomeCookingwithSomjit Actually I don't need any help when it comes to cooking eggs. In particular a fried egg. My method as stated earlier serves me quite well. For me there's nothing like eggs prepared with butter. And the simpler the cooking method the better!
