These shakes look awesome! I have started walking during my lunch hour and I am looking for a meal replacement shake or something drinkable for before or after the walk. I'm not necessarily doing Keto, but trying to stay lower on the carbs. Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

awesome! The great thing about smoothies is you can swap so many ingredients-any milk, dairy or non (or even other liquid like juice!), you can thicken smoothies with yogurts, oats, fruit, etc. So you can use these as base ideas and modify to suit your current dietary preferences :)

I'm saving my mini pumpkin for your pumpkin pie, but these look good. Can I use apples instead of pear in the pear smoothie? I got a whole bunch of different ones on sale and I'm not sure what to do with them.
Omfg. Freaking PEAR. I just reminded myself to get some of those when I get groceries tomorrow. Pears make me so happy. Never used it in a smoothie.

I always love your recipes but do a latex allergy I can't have avocados or bananas. What do you recommend to get close to the same texture without either of those?
These smoothies look so good! The pecan and oat smoothie looks like a good Sunday smoothie. The whole house will smell delicious and I can relax on the couch and drink the smoothie!

Wow so great these ideas, you are awesome Alyssia! Could you make a video about why is Intermittent fasting and keto good for wt loss. And reviewing for us what exactly can we drink while fasting....some say for example diet soda is ok or even Stevie, Splenda drinks ok y o r n? Unsweetened plain milk, or unsweetened nondairy milk?

Ps, I'm frustrated bc I try and still not losing weight. Is it maybe bc I drink too much calories. .I admit I love my sugar lattes. Maybe sweet drinks are holding me back from weight loss?

There are a lot of factors to weight loss and it's hard to say without knowing the full picture. But yes, with a goal of weight loss, added sugar is a good place to start cutting back on 💜
