Love to see this, two Assyrians having an authentic ancient Assyrian meal like their ancestors had 3000 years ago. Long live Othur.

Having great breakfast, on a rainy morning, in the ancient land of Assyria…so perfect!
God bless you guys
So proud of you Assyrian brother. Showing true love to do even sample things. I like Gordon but when you said lakhma shakhena you got my at most respect.
I love his attitude of warmth and hospitality. ❤
Cheers to you both and to the The Cradle of Civilization

Gabara Qasrani! Your videos are a source of inspiration for us.. my friends and I love watching your videos and they really touch our hearts and inspire us to go into nature and do the same 😍😍 We just wanted to mention that the cookware you are using seems to be Teflon and aluminium.. our ancient ancestors used iron and clay pots… they are healthier and the food tastes so much better than modern cookware which is toxic to human health. Al Kasrani the great
There’s a brewery in my small town named Gilgamesh. It kinda bothers me that they use that name and probably have no idea about the history of the epic story.

Okay, I didn't know about that. What town do you live in?

@@tableofgodsI live in Independence Oregon. I recently asked my friend who dined at Gilgamesh if she knew why it was named that. She had never heard of the story. That’s American education for you lol! If it’s not white history it’s not important history.

Yes, would have been more authentic in cast iron 👍🏻
Ok no offense but the "challenged Gordon Ramsay" was a bit cringe to be honest. Also it is common knowledge that salt, oil and sugar do make the food taste better everyone knows that. our body craves the oil, sugar and salt. That's why junk food taste good is because of those ingredients.
NOWHERE THE FOOD TASTE GOOD ANYMORE. CUZ ITS ALL CHEMICALS. EXCEPT WHAT YOU ARE COOKING AND EATING.
Mesmerised! 😍
