The last one when is from your town in Utah. Not long ago you were in the Philippines & now you’re back. If you are still staying in Alabang, I suggest taking advantage of your proximity to provincial bus stations and visit Tagaytay in Cavite, Los Banos in Laguna, or Liliw in Quezon. But in most karenderias and some restaurants, they fry fresh (not leftover) pork to lechon kawali and then cook lechon paksiw recipe.
