To the quilters I know, 8 years of quilting makes you a novice. Some have 40+ years. Although you could show them a thing or two. I watch your channel to calm my mind and learn a thing or two.

I am forever endebted to you for showing the needle threader. I thought I had tried them all. Most of them are made to use on hand sewing needles. My Brother PQ1500 threader is not working. It got in my way anyway. My vision is not what it should be. All this this threader is a total game changer. I can hit the needle on my first attempt. YES. I learn so much. I bet you never thought of changing a person's life with just a comment. The video had nothing to do with needle threaders.🎉

The bernina hand threader, is a small white rectangular one, holds your thread across it, has cuts to line up with your needle hole, leaves a loop to pull through. Works on overlockers/sergers and side threaders too, have you seen that one?

Hi Tiffany! I was still sleeping when you went live this morning. I’m so glad you made it home safely. I watched all of the video’s while you were at Becca’s and Quilt-con loved them all! You obviously had a LOT of fun while you were there. Im not surprised that you’re so tired. It happens when you have lotsa medical problems. Ask me how i know this!! Lol You need to make sure that you get all the rest that you need. Your body will let you know when its enough. I bet Scott and Thumper are sooo glad you’re back.

Looks good, you could put one triangle top and bottom, then every second shape could be full. You could use your offcuts to straighten your sides, just add seam allowances to the half triangles you cut off. They may be all lower left and upper right though? If you cut your remaining triangles in half, you will lose a bit of your full shape (points) in the ones you laid out, no allowances possible or sacrifice some of them, slightly more than halves for allowances, to fit in upper left and lower right. Maybe sew them on the ends, and cut it straight after the top is together? Maybe a few cream setting triangles would accentuate your design better. That's the thing with hexies and diamonds and triangles, they go together so easy, but the sides are always a dilemma. Do you cut a bit off or add something to get it staight? Or give up and keep the edges odd? Have fun with it all.

I know you probably won't do this because I doubt they sell them in cotton and you might not want different thread type in your bobbin, but I got the prewound bobbins to try and I was honestly Shocked!!! At how incredibly Long it lasted! I probably checked it 20 times or more and used it on so many projects with lots of long seams. Incredible! Just incase you decide to try it. 👍💙

I tried one in my other Juki with a magic genie bobbin thing. They do last long time. I am just afraid of it tangling up on the spring inside the bobbin case, and the price is kinda high. I just wind my own since I have over 100 bobbin cases lol

Hi Tiffany! I just got a Juki TL15 last night. I’m loving the dual bobbin thing so I can keep the machine threaded and have bobbin thread ready to wind as well. My QUESTION: I noticed it appears both of your threads were being used to sew with today… what’s your setup there and how does that work?
