Just remember Bob Marley was a revolutionary Rastafari. He was not only about one love. Through his music he broke down racial barriers, white supremacy, political injustices, black redemption and the unification of Africans. Let’s not forget he was a Rebel . One love ❤️

Yes Bob was clearly a great thinker, especially when it comes to talking about the unification of continental Africans with Africans across the diaspora. I like these two songs, “ Buffalo Soldier and “ No Woman, No Cry”. Bob Marley’s music was so lyrically conscious, I love listening to the words more than I do dancing to his songs. RIP Nesta!

Currently I’m living in California but will admit that Africa is true love. Been to Ghana a year ago for three weeks and totally fell in love with everything ….. the people and country. I was so happy to finally visit the home of my cultural background …. an everlasting experience. My dream and desire is to visit and explore Africa in all its glory. I was very touched with hardship there so I did my act of kindness when returned by donating big quantities of foods, books, clothes, toys, shoes etc to many areas in Ghana. Hopefully, I’m praying that will only be a start. Kenya ,Tanzania, and Nigeria next. Glad to have you and yours in Jamaica. One love 🇯🇲

@@MissTrudyy If you are still in Jamaica you both have to go to the actual house Bob was born in. It's in Nine Mile village , St. Ann. It will bring tears to your eyes to know someone who came from such humble beginnings touched the world. You have to make that trip. It's far but worth it.. No vloggers been there. Look if there are tours from Ochie that goes there, You guys should also visit a sugar plantation house to see where the slaves were forced to do hard labor and go to a great house where the slave masters lived. They are called great houses. There is Brimmer Hall Plantationin. Brimmer hall was built 1817 There is also Seville Great house. Look on Google. for Jamaican plantations houses. No African vloggers every been to one. You guy have to stay one year in Jamaca to see the whole island. You have'nt been to the Vere plains which is central> Bob's father was a white Jamaican born in Clarendon which is in Vere. You haven't been to the South Coast the parish of St. Elizabeth has Lovers Leap.

Yes my dear, been Jamaican is a flex especially when I traveled to other countries and they heard my accent, then ask where’s I’m from, when I tell them Jamaica, I got royal treatment, and a mean majority countries. I am so proud to be Jamaican, I love my country more and more when I saw the big impact it has on the world, in every country there is something for Jamaica there I’m speechless at times, I would’ve sued my parents if I wasn’t born and grow in Jamaica. One love everyone who supports and love my place of birth.

@@blissedout5859Zimbabwe song was our guerrilla liberation fighters' war song in Zimbabwe's war of independence which culminated into the capitulation of the white colonisers in 1980. Guess what who was guest of honour at our independence handover ceremony in Rufaro Stadium...Bob Marley & The Wailers. He sang the song Zimbabwe as the UK flag was coming down and Zimbabwe flag was going up. There are many videos on KZread of performance. The Zimbabwe song is our unofficial second national anthem. Jamaica is highly regarded in Zimbabwe as a result. Reggae and Dancehall is the biggest music genre in Zimbabwe...with an offshoot of homegrown Zimdancehall

I have seen footage of his performance in Zimbabwe in a documentary film years ago by one of his granddaughters, Donisha I believe. I felt chills just watching on screen the crowd erupt when he came on stage. I can't even imagine what it would have been like to be there in person. The simplicity and intention of his message is why he's a legend. Liberation and Unification!

Trudy a simplistic overall explanation is because Bob idolize HIM, His Imperial Majesty, Haile Sellassie King of Kings and conquering Lion of the tribe of Judah. In the same breadth, the colors on your Dress Red, Green and Gold is on the fla of a few African Nations but in this specific case its for Ethiopia

Miss Trudy, I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for your recent visit to Jamaica and your visit to the Bob Marley Museum on his birthday. Your presence here, all the way from Kenya, truly touched our hearts. Your passion for spreading love and positivity through your KZread channel is inspiring, and seeing you share the beauty and culture of Jamaica with the world fills us with immense joy. Your visit to the Bob Marley Museum on such a special day not only honored the legacy of a great icon but also highlighted the connections that transcend borders and unite us all in the spirit of music, love, and unity. Thank you for your unwavering dedication to spreading the Jamaica love and for being an ambassador of goodwill between our two countries. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for the positive impact you are making in promoting cultural exchange and understanding. Please know that you are always welcome here in Jamaica, and we eagerly await your return. Blessed love Princess Trudy. The Lion represents Emperor Haile Selassie I as well as being a symbol of strength, kingship, pride and African sovereignty. On 2 November 1930, under the title of Haile Selassie I, the Conquering Lion of the Tribe of Judah, Elect of God, Tafari Makonnen (Ras Tafari) was crowned as the Negusa Negast, the King of the Kings of Ethiopia.
