BREAKERS BEACH, ST VINCENT. Our hike to this hidden gem

After talking about doing this hike for a few years, I finally decided to get it done. I now understand the reason why I almost never see anybody out on this small beach. For starters, there is no easy public access to this location. We found our way here only through talking to people who live or own property close to this spot. Narrow paths behind local houses and down steep wooded trails described our journey down to this hidden gem of a beach. Breakers Beach is just another reason why I love SVG. For the many natural locations seemingly unspoiled by our modern world. I hope you enjoy the video and thanks for watching!

Yes, I actually recorded a quick video there 4 years ago when my I attended my wife's family reunion there (the Browne family). It's a great picnic area and they even had a nice stage there for larger performances. Back then I didn't have the GoPro camera I have now, so this video is just overhead drone footage. It's further down on my page, but here's a link. 😊 kzread.info/dash/bejne/f4R5mcukfNW5YLA.htmlsi=ajgakExZvCV4DcKp

Yes, in the overhead drone footage, you can really see how quickly the water color changes to deeper water and also when it turns from a sandy bottom to dangerous rock formations. That's why I like to get that video. Thanks for the comments.
