Ingredients:
Mashed potatoes - 3 medium size
Chopped onion - 1 medium size
Coriander
Ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
Salt
Jeera powder
Red chilli powder
Bread
Oil
Method:
Take a bowl add mash potato in it.
Then add onion, coriander, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix it well.
Our stuffing is ready.
Now take a plate add some water in it.
Add pinch of salt in it.
Mix it.
Then take a bread slice and soak it into the water then press the bread and pour out the water.
Then cut the borders of the bread.
Then take some soaked bread borders and add it into the bread with some potato filling.
Then make a roll from it.
Then fry it in the pan.
And our tasty bread roll is ready to serve.
