Bread and Butter pudding/Easy Bread pudding/Brood porring/gawa's kitchen
recipe credit Gawa's kitchen
1 Litre milk
6 Eggs
1 can condensed milk
3 tablespoons desiccated coconut/optional
I did not Add.
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
6 Slices bread buttered
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon fine cardamom/optional
cinnamon for sprinkling
bake 180 degrees for 50 minutes to a hour
note, if you don't want it to be as dark as mine place some foil over top when baking
I prefer the crispy top of the pudding hence the dark top,but up to you.

@@gawaskitchen lol I'm already planning it. Wanted to make today still but now I'm too lazy to get to the shops. So just know I shall be making your recipe tomorrow for pudding. I like the idea of the condensed milk. That should give it a nice flavor too. I've never tried it like that. Definitely looks so easy to make.

Hi it's a 2L Pyrex dish but try pouring your mixture into your baking dish and see if mixture is to low use bigger dish,it does rise because of the eggs but will drop after removing it from oven
