If you are at all a fan of JRPGs or Final Fantasy, please buy this game! The Bravely Default games are some of the very best JRPGs of the last decade, and this game selling well on the Switch will show Square Enix that people want more of them.

It may be asking a bit much to ask but I'd love to see Bravely Default 1 come to switch. This game looks amazing but I'd like a new generation to also experience what made this series great in the first place.

I feel the same haha. I did however finally 100% Fire Emblem: Three Houses less than an hour ago. 5 Playthroughs, 340 hours and finished the game on Maddening difficulty to get the last piece of the story, to have it all fully concluded and complete. Damn. Can't wait for the next Fire Emblem. In the meantime I'm very glad to have Three Houses checked off just before Bravely Default II. From a fantastic story straight into what I expect another fantasticly written story.

@@michaelclifton9498 I need to finish Xenoblade chronicles DE and Fe awakening. I haven’t even started Fe Echoes. I want to play more of the triangle strategy demo. I’ve been playing a bit of super Mario 3D all stars since I recently bought it. And I want to play bravely default and I already know once I finish xenoblade I’m gonna want to play the second game. That’s not even considering the fact that there are other games of lesser priorities that I’ve already beaten and sometimes feel tempted to go back and play

Years ago I bought Bravely Default cause it gave me Golden Sun vibes when I was a kid, didn't regret... Now as a 31yo adult Im getting this one for sure

There are so many battle themes in these trailers! This is fantastic, so so much better than the 3 total themes from the first game.

@@RON_FBG very disapointed with the ending. Just after noc was awaken you will face final boss immediately. Very boring story

Soooo excited. The graphics and presentation still look kind of off, but I'm excited to see everything else. The new jobs look fun to learn, I like the change to individual turns instead of rounds in combat, the music is great, and I'm interested to see where they take the story this time. Even if it doesn't do anything crazy new, I think the characters could be just as charming as the first game.

@@smashtube14 The demo for this should only be played for a few minutes just to see if you like the battle system. It literally starts you already into the story and you obviously can't continue when you buy the game. Very poor way of doing a demo as you will miss the beginning and then have to replay a few hours depending on how long you play it. They should have gone the Dragon Quest XI route with the demo where you play at the beginning AND carry over your playthrough to the whole game if you purchase it.

No regrets on buying this game. It's amazing! I really enjoy that battle style! And the music is great.

Now this trailer finally managed to fully convince me to buy this game. I played the demos and did enjoy them and I got a feeling that this game is gonna have a really engaging story which I'm all about. The character designs bothers me stupidly much but I am getting more lukewarm towards it thankfully. The enemy designs are AMAZING though. They are all so extremely good. The music is fantastic and the overall art of the environment is beautiful. The combat takes some time to learn but seeing the craziness you can do later on in the game puts my mind at ease. I can see the combat is going to be a lot of fun.

I've been waiting for this for so long.

Years ago, first time i listened linked horizon live bravely default concert on youtube i just said myself i wished i could be there and watch them live. I put a headset and started to watch that concert on yt without blinkin my eyes. That was so exciting and amazing experience. Without knowing anything about bravely default, i decided to buy a nintendo 3ds and i did it immediately. I can't really tell how much i enjoyed while playing it, still can't forget masterpiece songs. Linked Horizon is beast. And i recently bought Nintendo switch able to play Bravely Default and Monster Hunter Rise. After i heard that Revo came back for this beautiful game again, that made me much more exciting.

Can't wait for my pre-order to arrive. Team Asano is THE BEST!

I was playing the demo version for this and i have to say i like the fighting style it's like final fantasy dissidia where you have to build brave and then you can attack.

I appreciate the varied character designs and classic art style. Stands out.

@@chrisjackson6149 didnt play second :( , when it came out I had already started to phase out my 3ds out of boredness. Octopath was amazing but the ending left me a very sour taste . Game has literally no conclusive ending , and the "final" superboss forcing you to grind your second party kicked me in the nuts really hard , to the point that I stopped playing mid grinding of the second party and watched the part I was missing on youtube

Thinking on it, there *really* isn't anything stopping them from doing that. (Spoiler warning) . . . . . They *never* did establish if the different planes were *only* the multiple Luxendarcs or not. We just know that Yoko has a history in one Luxendarc, Ringabel's only travelled between different Luxendarcs and nowhere else (both in-game and in Pocketbook of R), and Praying Brage's entire story is set in a ruined parallel Luxendarc. So for all we know we *could* see some Planeswarden action happen in either this one, or whatever game happens next.

Can't wait to kill this one (assuming that we do). For me, what hurt more was Anne in the second game. Like, I knew that she was evil, but I didn't know that she was the same fairy from the intro and post-credits of the first game, the one that encouraged you to stop Airy.

So it really depends on if they do a simultaneous release or not. If they release the game at a specific simultaneous time all over the country than you wouldn't get it earlier from the eshop(actual Aussie so timezones are weird). If it is a standard worldwide release, then yes you could get it "early" from the eshop. It just depends on how it gets released.

This game is gorgeus . The sacrifices made on the models were compensated on the textures. Loved the first demo and hoping to play a fantastic adventure on the full version. Thank you Nintendo and Square Enix.
