There are lots of “hacks” for grilling burgers that include secret ingredients and sauces, but in this video, we'll show you how Brandon (EGGhead for 8 years) cooks his INDIRECT on the Big Green Egg. It's a simple technique with minimal ingredients that will have everyone waiting in line for seconds... and thirds!

We did flip during this video, but typically there is no need because you're cooking indirect. Sometimes it just helps the cheese melt faster ;) Thanks for watching!
Since you are not turning them, I assume you can do 2 levels (eggspander) if needed for even bigger groups and more burgers?
