    Who in their right mind would pay $700 for this thing? I would love one but waaaay out of my league. Only the rich can afford that. No one I know could afford it.

    They should have included a handle to lift it in and out. The fact that BGE doesnt include it it horrible. My conveggtor broke and I went with a cast iron version.

    cool vid bro, you make it seem easy but in truth this requires much attention. I could not help but think the entire time that having a device like a fan to boost temperature on demand would be very useful! Like perhaps one of those mini battery powered leaf blowers, just blasting the charcoal with it. If you have a wok then maybe there is no concern for charcoal dust getting on the food! Great video, thank you!

    Inserting a shop vac into the bottom draft door eliminates any charcoal dust, also a quick clean method. Good luck.

    They were bourbon cherry smoke bricks, or you can use small pieces of your favorite wood chunks/chips. As he mentioned you don't want to overpower the salmon with smoke.
