Don't move the throttle when quickshifting! Keep it exactly where its at the bike will do everything for you. Probably feels weird but it'll be way smoother than trying to blip it or let off the throttle while you do

yeah, he could've done that throttle flick without the quickshifter and it'd likely be smoother that way 😂he doesn't seem to understand its purpose

Just got mine a week ago. I love it! Rides so good and very fast. Traded my 400 in for it after only having it for a month lol.

Love it, i picked up a brand new 22 in March but the other color scheme. Just hit 1500 miles on here and quickly found my self spending 2k in a month on mods, lol. Also, according to the manual, you should stay on the throttle when using the quick shifter, feels amazing.

same here brother I jumo from the ninja 400 to 2023 636 but dealer didnt have the color you got so i went with the KRT edition, ride on ride safe

I feel the same way with my new ZX4RR and I can get as aggressive with it as I want too. Always tell yourself, I love this bike and I will not do anything to damage it. People would rather take care of their bikes then themselves. I call mine baby because she is a baby ZX6r.

It's actually a lot more powerful than a 650. You're talking supersport 4 cylinder vs regular twin engine. It's double the horsepower of a ninja 650

Yeahhh haha, learned that after I got her home. Just muscle memory to blip the throttle for shifting!

You don't have to touch the throttle with quickshift my man! Just straight push up on the shifter and hold the throttle steady! great bike non the less

Personally the 400 is an amazing starter bike, however if you have a sort of edge for thrill and speed youll more than likely out grow it... one bike to look for is a 650, they sit just like the 400s as well as giving you a bit more power but same amount of control

I’m 5’11, and my feet hit the ground just fine on the bike, the height isn’t really any different than the 400

I like zx6r coz it’s in-line 4 but 650r sounds bad
