Try Beauty Pie Youth Bomb serum and moisturiser. I will be 50 in August and I can’t tell you the difference it’s made to my skin. It’s got plumpness and radiance. If you’re a Beauty Pie member, the two together are 88 pounds. For a drugstore option, try the serums by Garnier and Simple, also the Japanese brand Hado Labo. At night I also use Adapalene, which is a synthetic retinoid.

Hi Wayne, these are obviously great products, your skin looks amazing. What a great way to start the year 🎉but sadly, these are way out of my budget 🙁 There are other ways to great skincare as I realised the other day when I found a photo of myself taken about 7 months ago, and to my surprise I noticed I had a lot less lines and the 11’s especially were a lot less deeper. My skin also looks and feels a lot more plump. 😊 But thanks once again for sharing as you’re a breath of fresh air and so honest. I love watching you. ❤

Wow. The problem is these products are so unaffordable. I’ve just upped my skincare after menopause at 55 & the results after a year are incredible. I am using a routine from the ordinary that is pretty complex as the serums are usually single actives, but the savings are the only way I can afford to get the results I’m getting. I haven’t worked it out exactly but I spend roughly £10 a week on product (bought for hundreds overall but based on how long it lasts).

How Often Can You Change Your Skincare Routine? “Skincare products have the potential to work immediately, but to see the full potential results, I recommend giving the product at least four to six weeks,” says Dr. Lombardi. If you’re going to change up your skincare routine, she recommends doing so every season in order to give your products time to work. Your skin’s needs may change with the seasons too. Many of us suffer from dry, flaky skin in the winter, even if your complexion is on the oily or combo side the rest of the year. If that’s the case, focus on incorporating more gentle, hydrating ingredients and richer moisturizers in your winter skincare routine. In the warmer months, you might find that a lightweight moisturizer offers all the hydration your skin needs.
