This was so great. Instant subscribe. Big fan of Oklahoma City and its growth, so to see you two so well show off one of its newest features in a thorough, honest, and - most of all - fun way.. just wonderful. Enjoyed touring the Convention Center this past weekend. We LOVE staycations being from OKC, too, so we're excited to check the Omni out soon! Especially with Scissortail being so nearby. It seems like they're being safe and considerate, too - wonderful! We usually staycation at the Ambassador Hotel, which has also been great.. but took a pause this past year given all the cases. I was worried doing a staycation at Omni might mean less access to drinks, food, and fun - but it seems like it's set!

Thank you for the compliments, that was so nice!! We'll have to check out the Ambassador, we've never been. The Omni had everything open except the burger bar and Seltzer. They say it should be opening soon though. If you go to the sports bar, get a pretzel with beer cheese. They were tasty! Everyone was so nice and pleasant as well. It was by far the friendliest hotel I've ever been to. You can tell they truly want to make your stay enjoyable. Thanks for watching and commenting 😄

Enjoy your stay it's so nice! We stayed a couple times after this in regular rooms and they were just as nice as the suite. And the breakfast at Seltzer is amazing!! It's finally open but not free fyi. Highly recommend it.

I was born and raised in the 405 and terrin the 918 in tulsa lol but moved here when he was younger so raised in OKC... We still live here. We were just doing a little staycation in this video 😄

Great videos you guys!! We moved to OKC about 2 yrs ago and I just found your channel. It’s fun to see the places we go to through your videos and to and find new ones as well! We discovered this cute little town In SW Oklahoma, it’s called Medicine Park. It’s a perfect summer day spot as there is a swimming area in the middle of the town! If you can you guys should check it out 😊 👍🏻

You want to stay in the downtown area? Did you watch our $1500 apartment Tour? Those are 2 places I'd recommend. Not sure if any of the apartments do a month to month lease starting out though. It's usually sign a contract then do month to month after the contract has ended. Definitely check out both of those though.

I checked out the price a couple of weeks ago when I saw the hotel on the news. You sure will pay the price for a night of luxury. It's more like a place to stay if you're doing an anniversary night or a wedding night if you're not traveling for your honeymoon.

yea definitely you can tell they are trying to cater to a fancy crowd with the kind of prices at the bars, restaurants, and room rates. When we went to tour the spa the director was showing us a room in the back that's private if famous people or NBA players want to not be bothered lol

My son was invited to a VIP section of a hookah bar by friends of an owner and a couple of thunder players came in and sat at the next table. They didn't bother the players but eventually they all just started casual conversation. My son didn't know who they were because he doesn't watch basketball. He just knew that they were Thunder players because they were told not to get all Fan Boy! 😂

No one questioned us.. We went opening weekend. Everyone had their phones out taking videos and pictures that weekend. It was encouraged to tour the hotel. Even the spa lady told us to put it all over social media lol

Thanks for watching and yes it is open to the public. All of the restaurants on site are accessible from the outside so you don't even need to go inside the hotel to get to it. Most of the people that were in there that night weren't hotel guests.

We paid $319 for a king suite. That included tax. I think the normal rooms start around $189, you'll have to check their website for up to date info because prices fluctuate according to when you book and time of year. Here is their website www.omnihotels.com/hotels/oklahoma-city?

There is a bar area by the pool but it is indoors not right at the poolside. They have sliding doors that make it indoor/outdoor though so easy access 👍🏽

Wow, pretty overwhelming...(all that, and no b-n-b critters climbing round)...but do they have a 'poor seniors' or AARP discount? Asking for a friend (my wife).
