The crowd wasn’t completely familiar with them because this was lolapalooza in Berlin guys, not in the states. As far as his singing goes, take it easy. It’s not easy yelling your lungs out then going to singing softly in each song.

I heard this song as a young kid. We were roadtripping to Captiva Island where my best friends grandparents had a very small vacation home. We were in a small van on the way there and my friend's older siblings and their friends (who were teens at the time) played this song. I remember I was lying down on the floor between seats and I was timid at the time but I got up and asked them what was the name of the song they had just played. It was Degausser. I remember asking them to repeat the name because I didn't understand but when they told me the name again and spelled it for me, I never forgot it. I've carried this song with me, what feels like, my entire life. I've never skipped it when it comes on. Only hit repeat. It's pretty difficult for most people but when asked for my favorite song of all time - Without a doubt, it is this one. It's so hard to explain why it is so meaningful for me but man.... I ... just... I get emotional even trying to explain it. It's just special. I hope everyone here reading this finds something that speaks to them as personally as this song does to me.

I was there losing my mind the entire show (after seeing them the night before at the House of Blues at the aftershow) and can definitely say the rest of the crowd was pretty lame. Still, they're amazing as always

I've got really mixed feelings about this performance. Glad vinnie didn't do the Scott stapp impersonation he pulled at ACL but I feel like they were kinda sloppy where they were pretty tight at ACL. Know what I mean? I've never been to a bad Brand New show and I've been thoroughly impressed everytime I've seen them. Maybe I don't catch some of the missteps in person and I guess that's all that really matters.

I fucking love this song. Was excited to see it live. Was disappointed. The instrumental intro was way off. The vocals we're not good. Anyone saying it was raw emotion, I disagree. It's lazy. I've seen raw emotion live. This was not it.
