Those other 2 holes are for winding the clock with a key, clock hands don't go in those.

Couldn't for the life of me figure this out. I was thinking I had to leave it on the right number and wait in the chair for something to happen.

For anyone confused, the clues are in the treasures in the paintings. Look for the goblet in painting 1, the jewelry box in painting 2, and the prince’s toy sword in painting 3

I looked over and over the paintings, before looking for help. And I knew the 3 objects were important...still no clue of what to do. Just a lazy, bad designed puzzle imho.

I think this puzzle is decently fair... other than the fact that the X on the sword can be mistook for an XI because of a scratch on the sword.

That's the easy part. The hard part is rotating the hand, clicking the numbers and nothing happens.

Man... I thought I did this several times. I looked at the pictures. I looked at the numbers on the items. I clicked the times based off the numbers. I did this over and over again. Then I watch your video and think to myself, "I've done that!" I go to do it again and it worked. What the frick just happened? Haha

Me too, I think I was off selecting the number by a tick, and pressing square it auto corrects to the closest number, however, it doesn't "click or confirm" it, so you have to hit square again... I think?

Thank you for making this so straightforward and right to the point. It’s better than some 5 minute ramble before the ad kicks in 7 minutes,they finally show the 2 minute clip!

This game can be brutal if you do not have better than 20/20 vision.

I literally thought the sword said XI, so I kept trying XI for so long but "I" was apparently just a dent on the sword. That's some really frustrating game design.

At first saw the X. No problem. No confusion. Then I start looking closer and … wait. Is that mark a … Now I’m not so sure anymore.

As working class citizens with limited time to spend, i really hate puzzle in game that took time and confusing.

Bloodh hell. The wooden sword has a black line next to the X so i thought it was 9 or 11 and kept trying those. Looked everywhere for hidden doors or other objects, then gave up. Turns out the line next to the X is just a cut in the wood. Thank you, third time ive got stuck and each time was as dumb as the last. I'm on a tv so I can't see tiny details perfectly, when I moved close to the tv and looked at the line next to the X it's clear that it's not an I for IX.

@@mmmmmmmmmmm10 It was built for PC, so I assume players are able to see things close up when they pick up items...just not on a TV and especially not on a Nintendo Switch.

Thank you. I knew how to solve it I just couldn't find the numbers on the goblet and the sword. They are barely visible especially the sword -even knowing where to look. Same problem with finding the gnomes! Oh well, maybe its an issue on my end instead of the game itself

I kept thinking it was VI, II, XI! The kings son holds the sword upwards and there's a I after the X.

Pictures on the wall. You have to follow those pictures from left to right. each object in the picture had 1 number. Still pretty confusing tho.

I looked forever for more clockhands cuz of the 3 holes. Plus there's an I next to the X on sword. So i went 2, 6, 11 before looking it up. Poorly designed room. The clock shouldn't have 3 holes nor the sword an I after the X.

Where did you come up with VI? Yhe goblet had 3 stones and a missing one i thought that would mean III... I guess 3 unmarked toys and add the 3 stones on the goblet makes 6 or 3 paintings, 3 stones makes 6, damn puzzle :))

Bah, add me to the list of people who mistook the lone X as XI. They really should patch that texture on the sword.

Such bs. I figured it out and still that combo wouldn't work. I finally watch this vid and do the combo and it works. I swear I did the combo probably 5 different times and it never clicked and as soon as I watched this and did it, it clicked. @%#@^%@#%@$%
