People say not to cut the negative cause that's the one causing the unit to burn, I'm wondering if it's still working as of now? And do you have to disconnect the battery before doing it??

Man that is a GREAT video and it looks as if you know what you're doing but man I'm telling you that you are in fact wrong. The "in" Side is where your power is coming from and the out is to your light I hooked it up the way you told me to do it and it just barely flashed, but I hooked it up with the end going to the power supply and the out going to the light itself, and it is as bright as the sun, I'm honestly not sure why yours worked with the way that you did it, but mine did not, I have a 4 light LED . That takes 921 LED bulbs. So maybe that has something to do with it

Somewhere in the video I must have confused a few people. The module is wired just like you said in your comment. Power goes from the Jeep to the IN side of the module and power goes to the light from the OUT side of the module. I think it's the plug that I removed on the Jeep that is confusing people because that plug is the power going to the light/coming from the Jeep. The module is wired inline with that. If you go back and watch the video you will see that I wired this module correctly. Power from the Jeep to the plug I removed, the plug now goes to the IN of the module, power goes from the OUT to the light. Thanks for watching!

I’ve watch a bunch of install after seeing this and thought it was wrong too, but seems to work as it should?! But after your reply, I guess it can go both ways before or after the splice/connector which what you did?! I was under the impression that the module goes before the splice/connector out to the light. In your case, it’s perfect because you have hella room for the module and looks clean and pro. Thanks for sharing !!

That's cool but in stop and go traffic it would get very annoying to the cars behind you.

True, but I'll take slightly annoying other drivers for a short time over getting hit. Which had happened 3 times now, all by distracted drivers on their phones. Twice in the Wrangler when it had less than 30K miles on it and once in the liberty. Over $20,000 in damage to my vehicles, I'll keep annoying other drivers LOL! Thanks for watching!

direction really must not matter cause u wired it backwards

It is wired correctly as shown in the video. The male plug from the harness goes on the IN side of the flasher as this is the direction of the current. IN through the plug and OUT to the 3rd brake light. Thanks for watching!
