• Ingredients: Braised Fried Pork(Ba Zi Rou)
Pork belly with skin 1200 grams (I like half fat and half lean). Remove the hair and clean it, then cut it into slices of 15cm long and one-finger thick. Fry the slices in hot oil until it turns slightly brown, 0:33
Prepare a few green peppers and a few boiled and peeled eggs, then fry them until their colors are like tiger skin. The eggs do not need to be stewed. It is best to use a deep casserole or a clay cooking pot to braise the pork. Turn on high heat first, boil the water and braise for 20 minutes, then turn to low heat and braise for 40 minutes. Then turn off the heat, add the eggs in, and keep them with the pork with the lid on for 2 to 3 hours. Remember to keep more soup for rice.
