@@AzulBeats was thinking the same thing. They used to have a perfect balance of goofy edits to compliment brad's weirdness. This is feeling like they are trying too hard and over compensating. The show as it is with Brad as the talent is great. Their shooting themselves in the foot..

That guy's like 'uh huh, sure' every time Brad goes on a flavor rant.
I think a cool future episode would be on sunflower seeds. I can see brad preparing, smoking and seasoning some interesting flavored sunflower seeds like with miso or a garlic concoction or whatever brad does
I've never smoked mushrooms. Usually I just eat an eighth. Gonna have to try this out.

@Robbie Knight Gordon Ramsay is only played up in TV. Behind the Scenes he's a genuine sweet heart. He loves people with a passion for cooking, but he has no patience for people who build themselves up to be amazing chefs when the best they can cook is mediocre. For brad, He'd get a bit nervous about how fermentation goes. but Brad's love for the craft would make him smile, I'm sure.
