project is very nice , but location is very off, a quarter of stagnant water is behind it and also a railway line is exactly behind the back towers also the road towards hero honda chowk is very poor

Road conditions towards Hero Honda Chowk will improve and a rail over bridge is coming which will give direct access to Dwarka Expressway so location wise this will be very approachable.

Agreed…..37D….has poor roads…..electricity issues and drains ..,also railway line,

Ur videos rgding dwarka expressway are eye opener but if you talk of BPTP the developer has not delivered good quality projects e.g Amstoria. I have lived there and experienced the surroundings which are below average. The entrance from main road have still not be developed.

I live in amstoria and life sucks here.. No places to hang out around except for few commercial places and materialstic indulge.. No natural places or hangout zones.. Plus it gets too heated in summers.. Some issue with construction quality.. I am stuck because of my parents as I am not rich enough to move out.. Somehow surviving by making my bedroom livable and 24*7 ac else I would die of boredom and heat wave

A city is getting nurtured and developed. It takes time, now that Delhi and Gurgaon are connected this area will see massive developments in coming years. Rest is your choice.

Society doesn't sells studio because they want to lure families... In a way this society culture condemn single people.. Because once you marry then you need 3 bhk.. It's all a matrix trap and a blue pilled game.. So that man keeps working to satisfy his wife & kids.. 😂

Almost all sectors are in close proximity to railway track however with toughened glass there won't be any noise.

Bptp amstoria is an example of pathetic builder attitude. They created a club house in bptp Amstoria and later opened it up for external people for a price. They also are charging bptp Amstoria residents a seperate monthly subscription fees for using club. This is contrary to all promises made by them at the time of selling the property. NEVER TRUST BPTP WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AS THEIR LEADERSHIP IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The project is almost sold out. For club would request you to check what's written in your BBA. Normally people sign BBA without reading the fine prints and later regrets sir. Developers need to be more customer centric incase they want to excel in long run.

Just see the cases pending in RERA against BPTP. They harass and blackmail the residents. Never buy the property of BPTP.

This was the same bptp sales guy selling sobha vista (42:42 onwards) sometime back :P and btw never trust BPTP, @prakhar - You might lose your credibility planning to sell these projects from builders like BPTP who have ZERO customer empathy & customer centric approach, Plus too much of a bubble right now, We may agree to disagree.

Pathetic location period. Aas paas ke bptp projects ki haalat dekh ke sharam aati hai. Baaki ye bhaisaab kaafi delusional hai 😂 dlf, sobha, godrej to jhak maar rhe hai baith ke. Such a well made project but hard to trust.

The project is nice and with Rail Over Bridge it will have direct access to Dwarka Expressway. Before making this review we ensured that in other near by projects of BPTP they have started maintenance. One can visit and have a look at it.

Terra's construction quality is also poor.

Old constructions are bad, I think the one you are talking about are already handed over to RWA years ago.

Pathetic builder.Before buying BPTP properties ask the residents staying in Amstoria the way they have fooled the residents in the name of club and various other amenities.
