Completed watching complete video 😀, 10 Cr. for a villa, actually it's not a villa it's a 7 star Resort. Peacock 🦚 and horticulture are awesome. Anyways any update on underpass road from Puri diplomatic greens to Rezangla chowk, Palam Vihar for better Gurgaon connectivity. I remember you mention this in one of your video and same thing is shown in Gurgaon master plan.🙏

Hi Prakhar How much is for 3bhk apartment?

After watching your video I jumped on conclusion to build my own farm house in 1000 Sq. Yds. That will be much cheaper than this much hyped property. I have personally seen this property and didn't see any resident there. Property rates are falling as economy is in ramshackle condition, jobs are lost.

Building your own farm house is a superb idea sir. It's an individual choice between independent living and community living, both has it's own advantages. As far as appreciations are concerns, it should go only upwards in projecs having good locations. Thank you sir.

Hey Sheena ji, thank you for writing to me. I saw regular fogging happening in societies, the electricty cut issue is related to Govt. Supply, the project already has a registered RWA through which you all may jointly seek to reduce price if possible. My efforts are to showcase how Dwarka Expressway and it's nearby infrastructures are shaping up to make people aware of our side of Gurgaon. If more people comes towards our side of Gurgaon then jointly more people can voice out such concerns and get them addressed. Tc.

Construction quality looked fair to me. Didn't fine sepage or broken plasters etc.

If possible, please review flats and villa in Faridabad. There is no KZread channel currently covering FBD. This may help increase your subscriptions as well. 🙂

Residents were there, I recorded during afternoon us time mostly khali hote hai. Main waha ke logo ko uncomfortable feel nahi karana chatha tha that's it. 90% to occupancy hai and bahot prime location hai.

Too much focus on Club and less focus on the flat. Flat quality does not seem too good in comparison to the open areas. Also doesn't seem 95% occupied

I am having an appartment here, the build quality is not upto the mark, their mantainence department is of no use. They will only contact you to take out monthly common area charges, apart from that they won't even bother to address any of your issue. You have to get it done on your own. It's so nice to see such videos n gets fascinated but always meet residents of any society before investing.

Puris quality has fallen and they have built Emerald bay appts in front of a crematorium. People were shocked that the prices of their properties have fallen and some don't have buyers at half price too..totally unreliable and untrustworthy People

Why do you call it a green area ? Green area turned into barren land buddy... I can not see any tree like Neem,People, Banyan tree and others just grass. Ask then to plant trees instead of making Golf course which is no good for nature. Only trees are required. Think ethically
