This is professionalism. Something that is sorely missing in today's music scene. Everyone plays an instrument and the singers are incredible. Boz is great and he knows how to put it down. No faking the funk here .

Echo that .. I always check out backing singers as they can make or break a track. Scaggs clearly recognizes this as he has always had top notch singers and these two ladies are first class.. great sound.

I am a Classical professional musician who mainly listens to classical but and can say he is one of the best vocalists EVER in popular music.Believe me I am fussy. He is very musical-I love his very disctinctive sound.NO-ONE else has that voice. He is like Elton-a one-off .

Frankie Pitochelli Yeah I've been busy with my dad, he had his second heart attack on Dec.12th 3 weeks in the hospital and 3 weeks in a rehab facility. Finally getting to come home tomorrow and he'll be living with me from now on since he's 84 now can't take any chances. Yeah I'll look you up on fb and send you a friend invite :)

I had an in, and went to dinner with him and his entourage at famous Jake's Crawfish till 3AM. What a night! I'll never forget it. He's better than ever. get the San. Fran. Concert DVD which this is from. Superb, every track a winner. I never tire of it. See and hear real muscians give a great performance. Why this guy was'nt a appreciated more over here in little ol England, is a mystery to me.
