I was in Secondary school at Seme back then and I loved listening to Jakaranda fm. Mostly our systems were playing cassettes and I had to stay on radio to hear them. Everyday at school from 1998 until 2002 I am sure the days I was early are less than 10 in the whole 5 years. But pop music and Jakaranda helped me understand English and even words that are not said.

Mum and I loved this song, it touched us both and we would play it over and over and sing together, cherished memories... Mums funeral was a year ago today, this was played at her funeral and it's more emotional and meaningful than ever now, Today (05-03-22) is the first time I've been able to play it again without her here.. It's very special to me and very moving... R.I.P Mum Always missed and forever loved. xxx💔💔💔

My dad used to play this song while I rode in the backseat of his car when I was like 6 years old and the memory of it has never left my brain. Sometimes, painful experience of loving someone is now nameless nostalgia and thankfulness is all I might give for whom had been shown up in my life. Songs of Boyzone are all my needs to wake up and work out every morning.

This weekend marks 25 years since I finished high school. I looked up what topped the charts back then and it was this. Then I can listen to this and reflect on what would have happen if had make different choices.

as someone who's heard ALL the music of that era.. there was still a whole lot of "filth" & "dirtiness" lol there's no one single decade or whatever free from it.. finding the truly good stuff took a lot of effort, just like it does today xD

It was 90’s music day today at work. When this song came on I remembered it after at least 25 years. I Shazamed it to get the artist and title. I fell in love with Stephen only to read that he passed. What a beautiful voice he left us with ♥️

I grew up listening to Boyzone. My mother bought me the C.D. none of my friends knew of them they weren't very popular in the U.S. but I loved them. Now as an adult I still love them just such beautiful lead vocals, Ronan & Stephen were amazing together. So sad the sky lost a very beautiful bright star R.I.P Stephen
