I had this song ready to play when my ex came out to my car because unfortunately we had some things going on between us in regards to our futures and how we would be away for a while since I was going to a university that was a few hours away from home and I didn’t know if we could do long distance or not. Nonetheless, this song really set the tone for the breakup, thankfully we ended it on a good note, we have nothing against each other, just a lot was going on between us. Haven’t been in a relationship since but I’m focusing on what’s most important right now ❤

The back pain is legit, but your right there is far more to it. The other 3 starting actually talking about it last couple of years. They did an interview w Larry King where they were pretty open about it finally. They never replaced him hoping he would come back. He even showed up when they recorded a new album in mid 2000's but just started not showing up for press, promotion, and performances. Mike wouldn't answer phone calls, wouldn't answer his door when they knocked. They seemed to hint at some emotional issues but also were honest about at a certain point when your not "on top" or instantly number. #1 etc. It's easy to do all the work when your blowing up or on top of the world. When the industry wasn't pushing them as hard or they weren't as popular Mike didn't enjoy still as much as the other 3. He just didn't seem to live to sing and perform as much as the other 3. You can't do much with him in the group if he won't show up for a TV appearance or a show.
