Yes, some people can be naturally be lighter or heavier than others, but that's only for certain factors of weight. You can still gain/lose weight if you do the proper actions.

The sleepover ones are hilarious to me. I have this one friend where we've slept over at each other's places before. Then they came out as trans (they were a girl). And while ago (not even at a sleepover) I asked them "If you're trans, does that mean we don't need to say the no homo oath before sleepovers?". I should note that I tend to roll around a lot in my sleep, so basically it was a failsafe in case we ended up in the same bed.
