I was watching Fast and Furious: Hobbs and Shaw, and in there this was this lengggg girl with a British accent and I was literally aoooga for her.
I wanted that for you, so I tried.
And I thought this was such a good idea while recording the audio and I was so proud and happy with myself thinking I did the best job ever, but once I started editing every neuron in my brain cylinder malfunctioned from the shear cringe I felt.
Honestly, i don’t even know what kind of Britisher I am. I’ve lived in the UK for nearly 10 years now but still can’t sound like it very convincingly.

Also, I recorded this audio like a month ago. I'm not sure if anyone remembers this, but I had posted this for like 2 minutes accidentally. I took it down because it was never supposed to be uploaded, and instead put out another audio.
Last week, I had submitted my assignment and got home at like 1pm. Your hubby (me) was starving so badly because I hadn’t eaten. I thought in order to treat myself post exam, I’d order some biryani from Uber. I’d been craving this for ages and my local Pakistani restaurant makes amazing food.
When I got home, I saw my mom and her friend in the kitchen cooking. My mom gets all excited and tells me how her friend came over to cook lunch, and that she hopes I’m hungry cause the lunch is delicious.
Well, there go my biryani plans. I didn’t wanna be rude, so I said sure, I’ll eat. They bring out a massive plate filled to the brim with curry made from balsam pear. I didn’t know what that was, but since I already agreed to eating the food she made, there was no backing out.
I took a bite and nearly threw up. That was the most bitter thing I’ve ever eaten. My sister came downstairs, but politely said she is on a specific diet so can’t eat it. That traitor was making me go solo on this torture run.
Each bite felt like my stomach was being stabbed with a knife. I physically couldn’t bring myself to eat it. Then the lady asked me how it was and I had to put my acting skills to use and said this was the best thing I’ve ever had💀 I told her I’d go for another 2 rounds if I wasn’t so desperately in need of some sleep😭 atleast she was happy.
But I still couldn’t finish the food on my plate. Not by a long shot. So I orchestrated a plan where I told my sister to go into the kitchen and then call for help. I couldn't just get up and go there cause this would raise suspicion. When she called me, I took my plate with me and quickly put all the food back into the pot, then went back in the living room acting like I already finished everything. It worked out well, but I had to wait 3 hours for her to leave so I could order some food lol.
