He represent the law of the federal government , the outsider. Boyd represent the rules and culture of Harlan. And the reason why he is respected, was he screwed over a mining company. remember Loretta's speech in the last season. She made Boyd a partner, and everyone agreed they rather have him, than the other guy buying up land.

I will agree great speech, but you talked to much and let the cat out of the bag ... The truth is the rich and the corporations used covid to increase prices on everything... It's called Greed..... Sad that a lot of people are like you they have no ideal what the problem is... None of this is new , same thing happened in 1918 prices were increased to the point that the rich had the roaring twenties, so much money they had no ideal where all the money was coming from...same as now corporations posting record profits....but in 1928 it all ended with the great depression... As far a Biden , the people elected him then tied his hands with all the Republicans in the house and Senate, oh yes the Supreme Court... Then wonder why he hasn't done anymore then he has ... Wake up America...
