I don't know if anyone noticed it but sabrina made Evan use becca's followers on purpose. She just wanted Evan to be her boyfriend. In the end, where Evan makes his speech, and asks becca to be his girlfriend, sabrina walks away when becca says yes as if she never wanted it to happen.
