Wow, he survived 2 days in hot summer weather, With no food, no water, no diaper change, all along at night scared and his brother pass. Anything could have to him. It doesn't make any sense what their mother did to them. She could've given them t a family member, dropped them off at a Catholic church, police station, ER, fire station and told them she don't want them. God bless the man who found him and the baby. Angel were looking after him

@@JJ-hp6mb as a truck driver for 15yrs every close call I've had was due to some dummy on 4 wheels and the majority of the time thanks to dash cams they've been finding the majority of accidents where someone was killed by a truck again was the fault of a moron driver guessing one such as yourself thinks they have the absolute right of way just cause your on 4 wheels wrong again

My wife and I would have taken the boys in. There are plenty of people who will take orphans and raise them as their own.

I saw on a previous report that a relative had identified the four year old and told authorities about the missing one year old. Maybe that person will take the baby.
What a HERO of a man! Thankful he was respecting the speed limit…if he’d been going 80 like the majority of rude and disrespectful drivers, this beautiful child would have died. This is a win for a human life saved and a win for those who drive with courtesy and respect.

In the US there's little support for raising children, and less for mental health or substance abuse issues. The American Rescue Plan of 2021 included extending matwrnal Medicaid coverage for 1 year, which is when 65% of maternal deaths occur, but many red states rejected it. I'm not excusing her in any way, but if she has substance abuse or mental illness without treatment, she wouldn't be making good decisions. And if her problem is post-partum depression, it could have been much worse.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this evil despicable mother did it because she had a argument with their father and he left her so she decided because the reason she had & tolerated those precious boys was to keep the father and decided in her sick evil mind she had no use of them and/or to get back at the father. And yet, society still wants to ignore that 90% of child abuse comes from mothers (women). Who do courts typically grant custody to? The moms, because the children are “safer” with her. 🙄

This makes me so sad. So many women want babies but for different reasons aren't able to have a child of their own and then you have women like this that was blessed with two beautiful kiddos and threw them both away like trash. I'm sure mental illness is going to be used in her difference. It's obviously something wrong with her but she doesn't need to get off without punishment. I hope this gorgeous baby boy ends up with a loving and healthy home and won't remember these terrible events.

His maternal grandma allowed their mom to take the 2 boys after she laid their great grandma to rest. Can't believe the mother would witness her own grandmother's funeral services and abandon her own beautiful children this way. His maternal grandmother is fighting for custody of him actually. She last saw her daughter and grandkids at theirgreat grandma's (maternal) funeral services. She would take care of the kids and the mother was allowed to see them whenever she wanted. The poor grandma has just laid her own mother to rest and now loses a grandson too 🤦 Poor little angels, wish the older brother could have survived too and had a better life with his little brother 😐

@@jaredvaleYes, society needs to demand that all child protective service agencies are dismantled and everyone is retrained or new people are hired that actually care to save children. Society needs to also step up and establish some type of group home for unwanted children with security measures to prevent abuse or mistreatment by caretakers. People can take shifts so no one gets burnout and also wears body cams to make sure they're not harming the children in any way. Difficult but not impossible 🙏

The biggest mistake I made when I was drinking: getting into cars with people who were drunk or high. Please- never ride with a drunk person. Never drive your car while drunk or high. The results can be deadly! Thank God I survived.

This goes to show you never know what people are going through, and how desperate they may be. Though some will prefer to just dismiss her as evil, this mother must have had severe issues. Parenting is the world's hardest job to do well. You never know what people are going through, often with little or no help. I have learned to always be kind to people who have children with them and that offering a helping hand or kind word can often make a huge difference in what happens next. Blessed be this driver for paying attention. Prayers for all involved.
