It’s longer when u move ur hair to the front bc u over directed the hair from the front before the initial cut which makes the front longer best way to cut ur hair is 4-6 sections all around and cut them lying veticle

He did good, it looks uneven when you bring it forwards because your redirecting hair from the back to the front so it looks shorter than the rest of your hair (its not, you're good)
