What a difference in Tysons Interviews from 1988 onwards! After Jacobs Then Rooney, Mike surrounded himself with jackals & leeches......He started believing the hype! Just listen & watch his interviews & sparring from pre 1988 and post 1988...Its night and day difference!.

I totally agree my friend. Tyson wasn't as much driven by legacy and the love of boxing after the forced split from Bill Cayton, Steve Lott and Kevin Rooney. It all became about money and glory. But the glory of ego, not the glory of fulfilling Cus D'Amato's prophecy. As you said, Don King and those clowns he employed were the ruin of Tyson. It p@sses me off when Tyson has his little cries when he remembers D'Amato in interviews. I'm like STFU, you totally sh@t on his memory. I say this, because in the book by Cus's other former champion *FIRE & FEAR by JOSE' TORRES.* He writes, that D'Amato, told Tyson again and again, to never let King into the circle. He told him that King was a parasite, yet he still let him in...

Tyson was obviously winded after Bruno 1. In previous post fight interviews, he never showed any sign of fatigue

Maybe, though that would be a coincidence of timing. I don't think Bruno hurt him in either fight

8:30 Tyson talks about his DEVASTATING right hand that he rarely caught people with. Botha and Golata both know how devastating that punch is.

I think Jose Ribalta probably suffered the most HARDEST punch ever from Tyson... A devastating right uppercut from outta nowhere when he was caught against the ropes!

17:04 I don't think I've ever heard Tyson elaborate on what his issue was with HBO. I always thought Don king was in his ear.

I think the downfall with HBO began after Holyfield beat Douglas and Larry Merchants comments about Mike during the Tillman fight and a very disrespectful interview with Mike a week after Douglas beat Mike. Merchant was a big part of Mikes departure from HBO i think and Don King also looking to get more money from Showtime.

Larry Merchant kept asking questions about his personal life after the Frank Bruno fight. Merchant asked Kevin Rooney the same questions on a tv special that he hosted about Tysons marriage after the Michael Spinks fight. Kevin Rooney answered those questions and Mike Tyson fired him. Tyson also Never spoke to Larry Merchant again.

The abosulte best was the Bruno Post fight interview after that Merchant's interviews went downhill, just like Tyson's career. At 40:14 it was cut off but Mike went to the ropes and called up his boy Davey Hilton

Noticed he started some weird twitch during the interviews. First time I think I saw it was the fight after his car crash. Was this a sign of TBI maybe?

Lol Mike looks like the split second before he said "Instantaneously" would make actually saying it tougher than the fight itself lol And Don King giving him an extra $100,000 didn't mean ish to him since he knew he was stealing way more than that from him lol
