Whichever hand you’re throwing, the other one has to be up at all times. And your back foot is coming off the ground, the only time you lift your leg is your lead leg to close the distance. Hope this helps 👍

advice to you is, keep your feet on the ground and only twist your hips and pivot your back feet when u right cross don’t lift your feet when u throw a right cross
