I recall first time I saw this video, it was 80s, it was the best era in music and MTV actually showed music videos instead of the BS that they show now, hence Music TV. This was so good, the music, the video and we had fun, we enjoyed the music, we danced to it and we loved this song. I have to admit, I was not a huge fan of theirs, not that I didn't like them, just didn't get a chance to listen to too many of their songs, but then heard some of their music in the movies later and loved every single one of their songs that I heard. If anyone can recommend other songs by them, I would love to hear all of them if possible. Great music is truly timeless and ageless. I know you were referring to the 80's, but your comment can now also (eerily) be interpreted as referring to the "pandemic-free" era before 2020. It's as if... you... knew what was coming. 😮

When this first came out I dismissed it as trivial froth. 40 years later. my tastes have changed. This is pure, unadulterated fun- which (wet leg aside) is sadly missing from today's music.

They could not have made the video any better for this song!
Really fun song. She inspired me to want to get a Mohawk back in the day. She’s too cool.
Was just listening to an interview with Les Claypool talking about the bass on this song, and he's absolutely right; it's a monster.
Such a simple song but so catchy, I’ve like this since the early days of MTV.
