Coming from a Sea Rescue Crewman. Even on our bigger vessels (13m+) we always have our rigging attached to the rails when proceeding aft. No matter the swells or weather conditions. Its crazy to see how reckless the dudes on these video behave. Like they dont even have any lifejackets on lmao. Wild.

I captain a 70 foot 2 masted schooner only occupants are friends and family all are familiar with safety and operation. Would never take strangers or for hire gigs.
