I, Dr. Pratibha Singh, a Neuro-Physiotherapist, have been practicing for 7 years.

    Nice video and easy excercises . I am little confused about #2 excercise -side lying internal rotation. Please clarify the action after bending both legs ...how to do excercise properly with lower legs?

    Thanks for sharing easy exercises. Dr i have problem in L5 and S1 - space is narrowing . Can i try ball press toe touch exercise ? Generally when i bend down by mistake in my daily routine.. my lumber area starts paining..as i mentioned. Please guide me

    Does bow leg couse shorting of leg length ? My right lower limb has genu varum deformity but it is 7-8 inches short compared to my left leg. Why is it so ?

    Twice I have had slip disc attacks of my spine and have been advised by my physio to strictly avoid bending down as it has been demostrated in the last excercise . Please advise if I should do this excercise.
