**The Sponsor of this video is my powerful online course - Evolve or Repeat: The Power of Emotional Alchemy (Now 40% OFF for a limited time!)
Find out more about this transformative course here: www.ohotto.com/product/evolve...
* Do you consciously or unconsciously struggle with feelings of Anger?
* Could that depressed feeling, low energy, and ‘feeling stuck’ that you might have be a by-product of unprocessed Anger?
* What if your Anger was trying to tell you something very important as a part of your Intuitive System’s Guidance?
* Can your unexpressed or unprocessed Anger make you a ‘Magnetic Match’ to certain people - drawing them in to your Life to Shadow Dance?
* How can you harness the ‘Intuitive Gifts’ of your Anger so you can finally let it go and move on?
When it comes to Anger, most of us opt for an idea of how we ‘should’ feel and then push our Anger away or shove it down - instead of feeling what’s really happening in our experience, and then listening to the intuitive guidance that our Anger is trying to give us.
How many times have you found yourself saying, ‘I shouldn’t feel…I wish I didn’t feel…angry!’ ?
Lacking a capacity to be in a direct unconditional relationship with our Anger is actually the standard default for most of us in a culture teaches us to ‘mentalize’ our emotions, not feel them. And many of us are terrified of what we might do if we did indeed feel our Anger.
To be sure, Anger is so not fun! But if you consciously or unconsciously repress it, and as you will learn in this video, it can create enormous and painful Self-Sabotage.
If you know you are, or even think you just might be, struggling with Anger - and can’t seem to get out of a repeating loop with it and the people its drawn into your Life, or are continually sabotaged by its repressed expressions of depression, apathy, low-energy, resentment, health issues, anxiety, hopelessness, toxic fear, and feeling stuck on repeat - this video is for YOU!
Join me in this video as I’ll cover:
* The Role that your Boundaries play with Anger
* Anger as a voice of your Intuitive System (and why we don’t listen!)
* How to identify the real source of your Anger (this might surprise you!)
* Why Anger keeps you stuck in repeating loops of Self-Sabotage
* The Role that your Boundaries play with Anger
* The best way to ‘feel’ through Anger
* How to use ‘Triggering’ as a door into Anger’s intuitive instruction for your Life
Anger comes with many Intuitive Gifts just waiting for you - I hope you’ll join me in this video so you can start to receive them!

Hi Robert! I love this video!!! Everything you said on this anger thing is SO TRUE!! Dealing with anger from past abusive relationships and even friends who did things to hurt you or deceive you and you didn’t really see it at the time but now all these years later I’m pissed off!! I’ve come to the point where I don’t like them or have respect for them anymore and I feel like that’s OK. I’ve been watching you for almost a year now and I love your work I love your teachings you are an amazing person❤❤❤❤

The bottom line is that when we haven’t stablished our boundaries, when we don’t know how to communicate our needs to others, when we are needy or co-dependent, when we feel responsible for other people’s feelings, etc. our boundaries are bound to be trespassed and eventually anger will rear its head and target others and most times ourselves. I believe we allow others to violates our boundaries when there is a lack of personal boundaries. As an archetype, anger emerges as a strong sign that should be heeded.

Thank you for this amazing content again. I was angry all along while listening to you. Till it became quite confortable. I had a phase when I was so sick of repressing any anger that I allowed myself to go off on people a lot. During this period I met a lot of horrible people and a woman in particular who was angry 24/7. She showed me that I don't want to be that person who lives in anger. Now I try to find balance and to stay in the vibration of self love even when I'm angry. It seems to transform anger into power, a more fierce self love and stronger boundaries without becoming rigid. Repressing it is bad, total lack of mastery is bad as well. Yes we must free the dragon, but the fire must be tamed with love. You taught me a lot about that. Thank you

What a much needed and very realistically and non-demonizing approach to show us how to see anger as an intuitive sense to learn and integrate and grow. Thank you for helping me bring to the surface “anger as intuitive guidance.” I awoke this morning feeling empowered in such a real way! And your insight into the guidance that being triggered can give was so very helpful!

Thank-you for clearly presenting how to have a healthy relationship with anger. Allowing this particular emotion to become active as a mystical trigger seems like an incredibly valuable skill to cultivate in our navigation through these current times. I choose to follow the path of empowering and protecting integrity in the face of abuse. Perhaps the passionate fire of anger launched from hearts filled with love will be a major transformative agent in the days to come. It begins right here.

I don't take action particularly with friends, family. But I know that I must feel it, accept it and deal with what makes me angry before it is too late, before my Monster with his red eyes takes over. So I must show my dear Monster, I can manage. So, ja I love my anger - difficult but love it.

Here you are blessing me again! I'm an evolutionary astrology student rn, and I've learned (from my chart) that I override my mars energy and push it back bc of parental conditioning, and also set myself up to be taken advantage of. I've been exploring the different aspects to mars: the apex of 2 yods, square the nodes, and a grand trine. I made up my mind to no longer skip over this energy and to practice more self-agency. Even if just baby steps with speaking up. I've even noticed this is a karmic family pattern. Thank you, Robert! Will incorporate this into my relationship magnetics study. The energies in my charts show that I do attract ppl bc I hvnt dealt with my mars.

Hey Robert - I found this to be one of your clearest and most insightful and helpful teachings. Fantastic. I wanted to mention that contrary to what many people say and you said is common belie about anger, your teachings are totally consistent with my training as a psychotherapist and many years studying Buddhism. The only touchy issu, which you address briefly, but I think needs to be emphasized a lot more, is that experiencing and especially expressing anger does not equate to being violent. The problem is that release of formerly repressed anger, as you say, can come out as uncontrolled rage and violence may be the likely outcome. Thich Nhat Hanh thought that one should feel their anger fully but should not engage with people who trigger it until their anger has cooled enough so that one can remain mindful. Wise advice.

Thank you from my heart again for your precious insights and life changing courses. I just have a problem to keep up with them for the triggering is sometimes dramatically shaking my family dynamic - the first step to healing of course.. In fact the brilliant but for me personally very demanding course you 've offered this summer about the inner child survival archeypes /mystical parenting I had to interrupt because my anger and rage at my mother for what happened in my early childhood was even a shock for the over performing me ..(I was put in a hospital as of 3 months with various and completely useless prescribed plasters until 2 years, but my parents were forced by doctors (post war Germany in 1966) to again and again leave me there for new plasters, not vist etc,- and all the anger later was turned into perfectionism, self attack : why should I have the right to be angry if they did their best? The doctors did their best? And anyway war victims in my country had much more the right to be angry .So would you recommend rather to finish the first course before starting this one? Anyway I want to highly recommend your courses to traumatized empaths who become parents themselves: it is so key to break the cycle. Thank you for helping us (I am a mother, too) to do so. Actually I am literally fighting against animal torture and mass production as a naturopath nutrition scientist for over 30 years , helping people and companies to live truly happy and healthy plant based- but boy it triggers me so much to see how our society trains people to look away.... believe me, many parents are angry at ME if their children want to change ..thank you all for your inspiring words- we need some anger here and not give up .

Robert I would love to hear what a spiritual teacher like you has to say about chronic long term illness or injury that is permanent and will never get better. Most teachers say we create our own life through intention and law of attraction. Therefore if I’m ill or sustain a permanent injury it was my fault for not being good enough or I didn’t have awareness enough to heal myself. But in regards to this video about anger I don’t know what to do about the anger that dwells under the surface in me everyday because my life was taken from me through an injury that is permanent. I’ve never been able to accept this injury because I’ve listened to so many spiritual teachers tell me I can heal myself/body if I just do X,Y,Z. So I spend my life trying, trying, trying, all the things they say to do and yet it remains. And the anger is there…at them?….at myself?…..at God?…..at the idea that I should be able to heal myself but can’t seem to manage it. I’m pissed….alll the time. At one point I stopped listening to you all. But I keep being drawn back because at my core I am a spiritual being who feels more at home with all these spiritual teachings than when I reject them. I just wish there was one soul out there who could tell me how to accept the unacceptable so I can stop blaming myself for not being spiritual enough to heal myself. Maybe then I could somehow let go of my anger.

Insightful as always, but i just want to make something sure. My parents healed, because they felt free to let all of their anger out. But i got very, very ill until today. It was good for them, but not for me. At scool and later on people felt free to let out their anger at me. I was allready so weak and done, that i couldnt always get angry at them and just wanted to keep my energies, because it costs you a lot of energy to 1. get angry and 2. to take the consequences, when this people let their anger out again, that has nothing to do with me. Thats the big problem. So many people dont really understand, that they are angry because of other people. For me, people who cant differentiate are allready narcisissts. They need to learn where that anger comes from and how to find ways to let it out, instead of letting that harmful energy out to random people. Kids almost always react in that way, but grown ups should know better, right? 🤷‍♀️❤

Thank you for this. I put it on because of the anger I was feeling in my body. I was just about to turn it off when you started the vet story and I am glad I continued watching. I work with the elderly, and I have no fear of death, no judgement. I am angered by prolonged pain due to the fear of death. I understand it. I don't vent about it. I provide as much comfort and kindness and gentleness and patience as I can embody. My goal is to walk in compassion for all opinions and somedays it is challenging. Namasté 🦋🤍🦋
