I try out the bottle cap kick challenge at the firehouse, inspired by Jason Statham, Ryan Reynolds, John Mayer, Max Holloway, etc., etc. . . a bunch of other celebrities.
I also threw in a clip of the floor-is-made-of-lava-chair challenge, some diving rolls and other weird stuff I do when i'm working out at the station.
