Hi Andrew, we lived in Orapa in the 70's and witnessed that migration a few times. Back then there were no roads. It is indeed an awesome sight.

Amazing footage ! I was there last year in august and it's one of the most beautiful wildlife sightings I've ever had. Can I ask you how you got the permission to fly your drone?

Hi there. Thanks for the comment. It’s amazing for sure. The drone was only flown outside the national park. Half way accross the river is the boundary. Thanks

Thanks so much. I am not sure of the exact name, nobody referred to it by name. When you come in the gate from Laroo La Tau camp the waterhole is in the first section where you can drive down at "river" level. Maybe 20-30 min from the gate. Thanks
