We appreciate you both too! Caterina. You would love using a Gelli Plate for monoprinting! I have had mine for at least 15 years and it is a game changer and can be addictive. They are not very expensive. I do love the idea of mono printing on fabric. 😘

I coffee dyed a piece of quilters cotton. Think I might try this to get more texture and dimension.

Aww yes.. I always assume that when people see the bottles they know they are fluid acrylics… you can use either.. but I like fluids for mono prints… ♥️

This is one of my favorite mixed media techniques. Have you ever used A gel plate and Akua ink? It makes the detail much finer. Also try using ink pads on the leaves and lay it on paper and then put it through a embossing machine. makes awesome fine prints. Thanks for sharing all your ideas.

Yes I was thinking about ink pads too. So many vintage possibilities.
Beautiful... my vote is to use them both... maybe you could cut the small on in half making 2 inserts for the larger piece... like journaling kinda-sorta. Anyway, I'm sure whatever you decide is going to be wonderful. AND, of course, you can always make two books. :) Thank you so much for sharing.
