I’m from Cambridge, I was born in 91. From what my dad told me, Cambridge used to beef with Boston & Somerville back in the day. When I grew up, there were shootings and internal beefs in Cambridge. But we always had beef with Somerville. An to this day, whenever there’s a Cambridge & Somerville High school game. They always have extra security. It’s a small rivalry, but it still exists to this day. (Side note) People from Boston don’t respect anyone from Cambridge. I understand we don’t count, but we’re right over the Charles river. Keep posting the great content. A lot of people sleep on Boston as a city. But they have no idea how crazy it gets out here sometimes.

@@dtowerz9489 I agree with you on that. The only other thing is, people look at Cambridge as a College city/town. Same with Somerville. We have MIT, Harvard and Tufts. We get a lot of out-of-towners. Cambridge (like Boston) is cleaned up now. It’s not a bad thing, but a lot of college students don’t know how mixed the blocks are in the city. One time I worked on Tremont st in Upper Roxbury. Two blocks below Mass Ave you’re by Lenox St Projects. A lot of college students didn’t know where to park. Because it’s in upper Roxbury, and Northeastern University is on the next block over on Columbus Ave. What I’m trying to say is, Boston/Cambridge/Mass is looked at a joke. But in reality, Boston tries to hide its poor & working class parts of the city. An try to make it look pretty to the rich & upper class visitors. I think what I mean to say is, don’t underestimate certain cities. We might be neighbors, and the other cities may not respect us. But every city in Mass has a dark side.

There is a way deeper and darker side to the Boston/Cambridge issue. I grew up in the era and also was in the streets in that era. Only real OG’s homies from the streets from that era would understand. Believe it or not, alot was from Cambridge being jealous of Boston

Here's a crazy idea, tell the stories of Boston's historical past, King Phillip's war, The Boston Massacre, the Teaparty, the Essex (inspiration for Moby Dick), Lizzie Borden, Harvard snowball wars, Salem witch trials, Molasses flood, Pirates etc... Maybe not your cup of tea but I think it could be a good fit for your style of storytelling. Great job as always! Thank you.

I made a video when my channel was new about the battle of Bunker Hill for the 4th of July it got 300 views 🤣🤣 maybe now that I have a lot more subscribers it might work honestly I’ve always wanted to do history videos my dream as a kid was to work for the history channel . Big Ups to my dawgs from Cathedral PJs (CR), The Vill (Plaza), Heat ST, Hyde Park, Randolph. I'm from Dorchester, Uphams Corner, Columbia Road; i loved growing up in the 80's and 90's in The Bean. The summer leagues (Biv 10), Southend boys and girls club (the carpet), Blackstone, Roxbury YMCA, Daniel Marr Boys and Girls Club. Teen Empowerment parties, 🐕‍🦺 fights in the Plaza in summer on a Saturday in broad daylight 😂. Remember wearing baseball cleats (the medal ones) although you didn't and never had played baseball😁? Carrying a 🪒 in your mouth? Looking back to the time in my life i laugh because... WTF I WAS TOTALLY OBLIVIOUS, to just how dangerous Boston was. I can't believe i walked home, so 🥴😵, i couldn't open one eye at 16yrs at 2am from Magnolia st, down Quincy St, across Columbia Rd and made it home😂. What made Boston different in 80s 1999 was that we did have a code and respect went along way. to be that close to friend and foe. Congratulations on the achievement

Yo I lived in the hood down there Corderro like not even a mile from the projects he grew up in. I lived right near Sample and Dixie highway notorious hood I was deep with them Haitian Zoe dudes that’s who I got all my stuff from down there. 2 in the morning running around geeked out only white boy as far you can see they were all laughing at me thought I was fried rice🤣🤣 but they were all jumping on each other for the sale🤣🤣 I don’t do that anymore though
