1Tbsp Garlic grated/Chopped
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
Salt to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 cup milk
2 Tbsp cream cheese or sour cream (lowfat is
okay)
1/2 cup onions, minced
12 Oz /340 grams spinach,
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Nutmeg - A Pinch
Lemon Juice- 1 Tsp
Lemon Zest - A Pinch
1/2 tsp smoked Paprika or chili powder
(optional or to taste)
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
