Delicious Creamed Spinach
Today I am showing you how I make my Delicious Creamed Spinach. All the ingredients and the quantities are shown on the video.
If you have Baby spinach, you can skip the steaming step since baby spinach cooks much quicker. This side dish is easy to put together and is always a crowd pleaser, you definitely have to have it as part of your recipe repertoire.

Will it taste ok if i use milk only? And how many bunches will you recommend i buy if i will be cooking for 15 people?

I eat it as a side with a meat dish and sometimes just as accompaniment to pap. The left overs go into pastas and sandwiches.
cooking is one of my weakest points :( I enjoy watcching other people cooking but I struggle to make the simplest meals , I will try this for my Sunday meal and see how it turns out
